Dysautonomia Sucks

I have been nauseated most of today and yesterday. And ... well, enough recently that I added it to my symptom tracker as a thing to watch. It's not severe, it's fairly mild, but it's really bloody annoying.

It's a thing the dysautonomia has done in the past - years ago now - for months on end and i really REALLY hate it. It trips over my vomiting phobia and really screws with my head. So yeah, dear body quit with that already.

I use PatientsLikeMe, it's pretty easy to fill in and it doesn't care if I skip a while and then start tracking again.
