I have been nauseated most of today and yesterday. And ... well, enough recently that I added it to my symptom tracker as a thing to watch. It's not severe, it's fairly mild, but it's really bloody annoying.

It's a thing the dysautonomia has done in the past - years ago now - for months on end and i really REALLY hate it. It trips over my vomiting phobia and really screws with my head. So yeah, dear body quit with that already.

My daughter's got dysautonomia (with Ehler's Danlos Hypermobility) and the nausea is usually a sign that her electrolytes are out of balance.

I found these--they're capsules of electrolytes that are specifically designed for extreme athletes--and they really seem to help a lot. Maybe something like that would be helpful for you?
