Insomnia

I don't know what it is about migraines and mast cell attacks but it seems that they both make me insomniac in some direct way not related to their other symptoms. Even after I've taken meds to settle the symptoms and they are working ok, it's still really really hard to sleep.

So yeah, I scored both tonight and now I can't sleep :(

*hugs* I think it's this slow moving cold front, I was very achey yesterday and couldn't get warm, and today I've got an occular migraine and feeling asthmatic. What happens in a mast cell attack? Google's results were a bit confusing.
