Oh geez I messed up my meds so badly today :( Missed 6am dose, 10am dose, 12pm dose, AND 1:30pm doses and did not notice until 3pm. No wonder I felt like death all day!!! :(

... On the plus side, I may as well bring the next neurontin dose reduction forward, since i did it by mistake today anyway! I was planning for Tuesday so it's not much of a change.

I do hate it so MUCH when I mess up, because it makes me feel so darn ill. And unfortunately messing up one dose always increases my brainfog which makes further messups a lot more likely - that's why it cascades like this.

Also this weekend I was expecting my new phone to be picked up by Apple on Thursday or Friday so I hadn't bothered to set my usual "have you taken your meds??" alarms on the phone after I reset it on Wednesday. At the time it didn't seem worth the bother as I was expecting a Thursday AM pickup as I had arranged. Fear not, they're set now!!

I'm off to see my mast cell specialist on Monday, which I am not at all looking forward to. It takes a ton of energy and I don't feel very confident that he's going to be helpful. Wish me luck and energy and strength to stand up for what I need, OK?

I really hope tomorrow is better.

actually, what she needs is an actual droid, or robot companion, to not only remember and remind her of her meds, but bring her the proper dose at the appropriate time, with a glass of water for swallowing the pills.

Missing drug times is SO frustrating. I know I end up feeling poorly and blaming myself for not taking the meds. No! I'm already feeling poorly no reasons to double the bad feels. (I'd be totally lost without my iPod touch to remind me when to drug up.)
