Being now well enough to switch from 'bed for being awake' and 'bed for being asleep', this week we rearranged the junk/guest room into a BEDROOM!

I keep meaning to post with a proper visual description and being thwarted by my lack of spoons, but here is the link flickr set of Ricky's house which I took last week, with sincere apologies to those who can't "do" photos.

Now I have enough energy to walk around the house a bit I keep using up all my energy walking around the house and not having enough for physiotherapy. Oooops. Not sure how to manage this yet, or whether I can count bits of short walking as physiotherapy - I see my specialist tomorrow though so I'll ask him.

Hugs,
Ricky

what a lovely, airy place - and it's absolutely, perfectly you! i wish i could come visit! i'd sit in the comfy chair when i wasn't giving you lots of hugs, and i'd give Anakin a skritch between the ears and a kiss on his soft little nose ;-)

I too am a messy b*gger - Whenever I have little tidy up I feel really good and virtuous for a few weeks then I notice it's back 'there' wherever.

I actually have 4 bedrooms in this house but 3 of them aren't really great spaces to sleep in...all have some sort of problem, mostly size!

But the main bedroom is probably as big as a decent sized living room and I need to sort that out over the holidays because it's somewhat disorganised particularily in the clothes dept!

Really I shouldn't be living here, it's a house fit for upto 6 people and 2 cars but the rent is what makes it worthwhile - hopefully in mid/2011 I can find another more 'tenant-friendly home' i.e. landlord is absolutely hopeless with maintenance and modern decor. Things get slightly upgraded if they get broke

by the way I noted in the day room that Anekin was definitely kingpin on the bed and the last picture of him was just superb - doing what cats are really good at 'curling' up :-)

Ohh - thank you for the tour - I love being able to picture where people might be as they write their posts. Anekin is *beautiful*

Lots of light and colour and space! Lovely!

And I love the last photo, of AniCat.

Yeah - walking around the house does count as physio. Well, I count it as, anyway.

Good to read from you :-) :-)
