How To Be Sick
Feb. 6th, 2012 11:24 amA book I have found really useful recently is "How To Be Sick" by Toni Bernhard. The subtitle is "a buddhist-inspired guide for the chronically ill and their caregivers" which is very accurate - while much of the material inside is based on buddhist practices, none of it requires that you "be" Buddhist or have any specific belief system.
Since reading it I have been collecting relevant resources that I've seen recommended by Toni and by other How To Be Sick readers on Facebook and on other web pages. I thought I'd list them here:
Go read this if you are sick or know anybody who's sick!
Cheers,
